Matt is a great guy as an attorney and as a person. He keeps an open line of communication, goes the extra mile and checks on you during the process, and is kind and patient. We had a challenging case. He took his time went through the details prepared for the case. The judged ruled in our favor and we received a judgment for the tenant to be evicted. Thanks Matt

I had a consultation with Matthew regarding landlord-tenant laws in NYC and dealing with a difficult landlord. He was very helpful, offered advice, and answered my questions. Had an issue with a Squatter in an apartment I rented for a friend in Brooklyn. Friend passed away and Squatter would not move out. Matthew took command and got us into Court FAST! Once the Squatter knew he had lost he gave up and moved out in 3 days.
